Once your order has been processed and shipped, returns or exchanges will not be allowed due to an incorrect product purchase by the customer.
If an incorrect item was received in your package, due to hotCombs error, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. All returns for an incorrect item must be approved and assigned a Return Authorization Number prior to returning.
