At hotCombs, our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to purchase professional grade combs, brushes, and hair accessories, along with product information and informational guides and resources. Therefore, the information contained on any hotTips page are for informational purposes only. Our hotTips pages are not intended to treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any hair conditions. We are not licensed cosmetologists and suggest you seek professional guidance before implementing any techniques from our hotTips pages.
PROOF OF QUALITY
Our products are built strong with a very high quality, however, care should still be maintained with everyday use. Our Proof of Quality page guarantees the quality of the combs to be free of *seams, burrs, and provide maximum hair protection from ripping or damaging the hair strands. Our Proof of Quality does not guarantee that the combs are unbreakable. Combs and brushes that are damaged from improper care, mishandling, excessive heat, or simply from being dropped, does not make us liable or at fault. It is not our responsibility to send a replacement.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED
Once your order has shipped from our facility with the USPS, hotCombs is NOT responsible for your package if it is lost, stolen or damaged. All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation that tracks the time and date the USPS received the package from us and the time and date the USPS delivered your package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
Although the USPS has proven to be a reliable shipping provider, packages can become lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. It is rare that these situations may occur, however, they may even after it has reached your mailbox.
In the event that one of these occurrences may happen, hotCombs will not replace the items. Once your package has left our facility with the USPS, it is their responsibility to handle all lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS office to discuss your shipment issue. USPS Shipping Insurance available for purchase.
***PLEASE NOTE, all items are thoroughly inspected after production and again prior to shipment for any damages or defects.
If your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to refund the purchase amount less the shipping cost. You will receive an email notifying you that your shipment was returned to us and a refund was processed. If you would still like to purchase your items, you are welcome to place another order at hotcombs.net with a new or correct shipping address.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to health code restrictions, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, please take the time to choose your items carefully and confirm that these are the items you want at checkout before finalizing your order.
If an incorrect item was received in your package, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. All returns for an incorrect item must be approved and assigned a Return Authorization Number prior to returning.
We will send you a postage paid envelope to return the incorrect item.
All returns must be received at our facility within 10 days after return approval. Return requests will not be processed after this time period.
All returns will be inspected upon receipt at our facility and must be deemed to be unused and in a resellable condition.
If our inspection determines that an item has been opened or used, an exchange will NOT be issued.
We will notify you via email to confirm why an exchange will not be granted.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
hotCombs will make every effort to review, process and ship domestic and international orders. However, due to the ever increasing threat of internet scams and fraud with online purchases, hotCombs reserves the right to decline any order, domestic or international, at our own discretion. We make no guarantee that we will attempt communication with the client who placed the order, to confirm the legitimacy of the order, credit card, billing or shipping information. Any domestic and international orders that are declined by hotCombs, will receive a full refund of monies paid online.

By opening an account on hotCombs.net, Clients agree to receive hotCombs Email Promotions.
