All orders are processed and shipped within two business days, Monday thru Friday.  Weekends and holidays are excluded.

USPS

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier. USPS was chosen as our primary shipping provider due to the very competitive rates they are able to offer us for our customers. Upon checkout, you will have the option to select First Class, Priority or Express mail.

TRACKING

You can track your shipment by logging into My Account and clicking View Order Status.

SHIPPING COSTS

In your Shopping Bag, click Calculate Shipping, fill in your shipping information and your shipping cost will be calculated. The calculated shipping will include the cost for USPS Delivery Confirmation.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

hotCombs reserves the right to decline domestic orders at our own discretion as stated in our Terms and Conditions.  All monies will be refunded for any order placed online.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At time of checkout, the cart will automatically calculate and determine the most cost effective method of shipping to your destination. A shipping and handling charge may apply.  You may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what specific charges are applicable for each country.

  • Delays with delivery will be due to country's Custom processing at the border
  • An additional charge of $1.15 will be applied to all First Class Mail International for a Certificate of Mailing as proof of shipment

• Priority Mail International
  • 6-10 Business Days | Limited insurance | Trackable
• Express Mail International
  • 3-5 Business Days | $100 insurance | Trackable

*Please note: First Class Mail International is the most cost effective shipping method available for our international customers. However, it cannot be tracked by the USPS. Therefore, hotCombs will not be held responsible for shipments that are held or delayed at your country's Customs or in the event of non delivery.

APO SHIPPING

We do ship to APO addresses. All APO shipments are shipped via the US Postal Service.

P.O. BOX SHIPPING

We do ship to PO Boxes.  Please note, all orders going to PO Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
