RETURN POLICY

Due to health code restrictions, personal hygiene products such as combs, brushes, and hair accessories are NOT returnable once opened or used.  All returns must be approved and assigned an RMA Number prior to returning. 

  • Return requests must be submitted for approval within 15 days of receipt of order.
  • All returns will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse and deemed to be unused and in a resellable condition.
  • If our inspection determines a comb, brush or hair accessory has been used, a refund nor a store credit will be issued.
  • We will notify you via email to confirm why a refund will not be granted.
  • Please note, unlike our Hercules Sägemann and Magic Star 100% hard rubber combs, SilkLine and TM 2.0 combs are NOT seamless.   For this reason, returns for SilkLine and TM 2.0 combs will not be allowed. 

Based on the terms listed above, a full refund or store credit will be issued for the purchase price excluding shipping cost unless there was an error made by hotCombs. Credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise at hotCombs' warehouse. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

RETURN PROCEDURE 

If you need to return an item, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Click Completed Orders
  3. Find the order you would like to return and click Return Item(s)
  4. Complete the form explaining the reason for your return.
  5. Client Services will review the return request and issue an RMA number if approved.
  6. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please note, returns will NOT be accepted without a valid RMA number.
